Last updated: October 14, 2026
Elite Lighting Solutions ("we", "us") installs holiday and Christmas lighting in Brock, Weatherford, Abilene and the surrounding area of Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through elitelightingtx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send a free quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, property address, property type, the services you are interested in, your message, and any photos you attach. If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare your quote, and schedule your install, service visits and takedown.
- To manage a multi-year lighting agreement, if you sign one.
- To improve our website and our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services that handle your information
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks. It processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
- Resend delivers quote requests from the website to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to info@elitelightingtx.com to our inbox, and Google hosts that inbox (Gmail) and provides fonts used on this site.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records actions on our site, such as viewing the page, tapping to call us, or sending a quote request, so we can measure how well our ads work and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and combine this with information it already has about you, under Meta's Privacy Policy. The Pixel does not send us the contents of your quote request.
You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences, block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based ads at aboutads.info.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, manage any lighting agreement, and meet legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@elitelightingtx.com or calling (325) 261-1283.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
